Sanctioning Exhibition Games and Tournaments
If you are organizing exhibition/practice matches it is important to ensure that any such matches are sanctioned by Rugby Canada and Rugby Ontario. This is to ensure that the required insurance is in place for the match and that a referee can be appointed.

Rugby Canada charges a $150 sanctioning fee for exhibition matches, but if the match is between two Ontario club, please email RO member Services at memberservices@rugbyontario.com to get a fee waiver code to enter during the payment process. Please note each code may only be used once, so if you are intending to play multiple exhibition games you will need multiple codes.
You may need to coordinate a referee with Match Official Coordinator David Bushell at dbushell@rugbyontario.com
