About Athletic Therapy & Trainers @ Cru
- Crusaders Rugby Club uses an age-appropriate mixture of fully-qualified athletic/sports therapists, student athletic/sports therapists and volunteer trainers to attend practice, tournaments and matches.
- We really need and would appreciate volunteer trainers to supplement the professional team of athletic therapists for practice and tournaments in the lower/minis age groups (U6-U12) and it's a fun way to engage with the players and the club.

- You will need to take the following two no-charge/free World Rugby online courses and obtain the certificates:
- You will need to be familiar with the Crusaders Rugby Club Emergency Action Plan
- Another other qualifications you may have (St Johns Ambulance, medical/nursing education, CPR, Red Cross etc.) would definitely be welcome but are not required
- You will need to work with the club's athletic trainer coordinator to establish availability/schedules
